Isaiah 54:16: “Behold I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work, and I have created the waster to destroy.”
Verse 17 “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise up against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”
To waste is to render something useful idle, worthless or useless. It also means not maximising your potentials. If you want to make it in life, you need to pray against the spirit of waste.The spirit of the waster is the most terrible demon that has demoted the black man. It has done and is still doing a lot of havoc. This evil spirit is at work in every African country.
The power of the wasters can make people work like elephants but eat like rats.
A lot of youths are wasting away in the name of searching for job. Think about it, are you maximizing your potential, are you moving forward? What have you achieve at your age? Are you sure you are not wasting away?
If as you are getting older, you look back and really cannot put your finger on something you can say you have achieved, something that people can remember and glorify the Lord because of you, then your life is being wasted.
A lot of pastors are wasting themselves like Gehazi. They are running after gifts and money. They run after people who will give them things. They are operating with the anointing of Gehazi. This will not get you anywhere. It is time to wage war against the spirit of waster, it is time to waste the wasters!
The enemy of your life has the mandate to waste your life, but most times, these cannot be achieve by the enemy unless they have a legal ground in your life. These wasters are the demons responsible for destroying God’s plans for individuals. If you have noticed the presence of the SPIRIT OF WASTE in your life, it is time to WASTE THE WASTERS.
Below are some of the things you need to do so you don’t waste away:
1. Remove legal rights of the enemy in your life
2. Tear down their strongholds
3. And cast out the demons. (You need to submit yourself for deliverance).Casting out demons without taking away the strongholds or legal rights that they are holding onto can lead to an incomplete deliverance.
What are the legal rights of the enemy?
These are simply the things or habits that can give the demons the opportunity to stay and torment you. Some of the common legal rights are:
1. Sin: When we commit sin, it gives the enemy a legal right to afflict us. If you recognize a particular sin or sins that has opened the door to affliction in your life, you need to repent and forsake it.
1 John 1:9
2. Soul ties/Covenants: most destructive soul ties are formed during adultery, fornication, covenants and spirit husband/wife. Most people don’t know that when you have a sexual relationship with someone that is under the attack of demons, the demon can be transferred, thus, the demons tormenting that person can also have rights to torment you.
Another thing that could hold back the breaking of a soul tie, is a physical object given to you from the other person, through a sinful relationship or demonic parents. If you were given a ring, or bra or a love gift through an adulterous relationship, for example, then those gift(s) can hold the soul tie together. If the gift is valuable, and not necessarily bad in itself, then it's best to sell the gift. If the gift is demonic or unholy, then it's best to throw away the gift.
PRAYER POINTS:
- I take authority over very unholy soul ties affecting my life in Jesus.
- I break and renounced every effect of blood covenant that I have made consciously or unconsciously in Jesus' name!"
- Every virtue of my life that the enemy is sitting upon, come to me by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Anything planted into my life to disgrace me, come out now, in the name of Jesus.

3.Demonic association: when a person joins a cult or a demonic association, they are required to make vows with the devil. Demonic vows can be made unconsciously just by dabbling with the occult. Some people, most especially youths get into this kind of bondage by being too curious, thus, they enter forbidden and demonic websites. This is an indirect application showing your interest in the demonic world.
4. Unforgiveness: When we don't forgive others, God won't forgive us. When God doesn't forgive us, it leaves our sins remaining, which can give the enemy legal rights into our lives. Read Matthew 18:23-35, This is a major hindrance to healing. Forgiveness is not an option; it's a command! Please release the bitterness and hurt from your heart against anyone that has offended you.
5. Ancestral sins: so many ancestors have opened the door of oppression to the lives of their children and grandchildren through gross sins committed. Even though you personally aren't guilty of those sins, they may have caused curses in your life, and those curses need to be broken.
6. Your area of weakness: the enemy can have a legal ground in our lives through our weaknesses such as, cultism, drinking of excessive alcohol, keeping malice, stealing, doing drugs etc.
7. Careless words/curses: some people out of desperation invite the demons of affliction and death into their lives by saying things like "I wish I could just die," a demon may hear you and can go to God and say, "Look, she wants to die!" and here comes the spirit of death.
Some parents have sworn with the lives of their children or the baby in the womb over issues which they were guilty off. Other parents have placed a curse on their children while they were growing up, this also gives demons legal rights into such lives.
Don't forget that the greatest waste is to die without Christ. Jesus Christ died so that man will not waste away. If you have not given your life to Christ, then you are wasting away. why not surrender ALL to Jesus and let Him be the Lord over you.

DEAR LORD JESUS,THANK YOU FOR SHEDDING YOUR BLOOD ON THE CROSS AT CALVARY JUST TO SAVE ME. TODAY, I ACCEPT YOU AS MY LORD AND PERSONAL SAVIOUR. FORGIVE ME ALL MY SINS AND WRITE MY NAME IN THE BOOK OF LIFE. HELP ME TO LIVE A HOLY LIFE UNTO YOU JESUS. THANK YOU LORD! I AM NOW YOURS IN JESUS NAME. AMEN
